The Fine Print
Once we’ve agreed on a program and dates, we will email you the registration documents, and you will be emailed an invoice from Alaska Powder Descents.
All of our group courses need a minimum of 4 participants. We can have 6 students per instructor. After 6, we will start a waiting list for a second group.
Youth courses are for 14-18 year olds. Adult courses are 16+. Except for private courses, all participants must have intermediate downhill ability.
For private courses, there is no minimum number of students, but there is a minimum daily cost per group. See the details HERE.

JUNEAU, AK
Group meeting locations will be decided upon the week of the program. We use both the Douglas Island and Juneau mainland areas. Specific locations can be requested but conditions always get the final say. Our default meeting location is Juneau’s highest road access, Eaglecrest Road.
